This course has been updated to include the <b><i>2024 legislative changes</b></i> and satisfies Florida’s continuing education requirement for a 4-hour update class for licensed health insurance agents, per Florida Statutes 626.2815(3) and is required for compliance periods ending January, 2022 and after. This course provides a review of an agent's regulatory, ethical and legal requirements. Unfair Methods of Competition and Unfair or Deceptive Acts and the Agent’s Code of Ethics are reviewed.</p>]
