This course has been updated to include the 2024 legislative changes and satisfies Florida’s 4-hour continuing education requirement for an update course for licensed agents for compliance periods ending January, 2022 and thereafter. This course provides a review of an agent's regulatory, ethical and legal requirements. Unfair Methods of Competition and Unfair or Deceptive Acts and the Agent’s Code of Ethics are reviewed.
