This continuing education course provides an understanding of the role of ethics in today’s business environment through the review of ethical decisions that have been made in well-known situations. These ethical case studies underscore the importance of ethical decision making and emphasize the consequences of poor decisions. Many of these cases will provide adjusters with an understanding of why ethics is often referred to as shades of gray, rather than as black-and-white.
