This class provides an evaluation of social media exposures and identifies coverage gaps in the CGL and homeowners policies through the review of court cases.






The prevalence of social media has created new causes of action and new defenses, evolving notions of jurisdiction and legal duty, and a new body of electronic evidence posing unique admissibility issues for courts. This class explains the social media exposure and reviews the Commercial General Liability ("CGL") and homeowners policies to identify coverage gaps and issues for these new exposures.
